Kimmel's Anniversary Bash

The guest list at Jimmy Kimmel's 1000th episode party included some of tinsel town's funniest lads, including Johnny Knoxville, David Spade, and my new favorite,  Guillermo. Leading ladies Rebecca Romijn and Sarah Silverman also celebrated Kimmel's milestone as they mingled around the historic David Hockney pool at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel's Tropicana bar. Sadly, Jimmy's nemesis, Matt Damon was absent from the al fresco fiesta.

Kimmel funnyman Guillermo welcomes reporter Hayley Underwood to the party

After the party, we slipped in to hot spot Teddy's where Jazz Night was in full swing. The weekly event has become one of Hollywood's hottest new scenes--it helps that John Mayer and Prince have made appearances--and this evening was no exception. Eve walked in, and made a beeline to the back of the bar to catch the band. Stacey Kiebler was running around in a short cocktail dress despite the chilly weather and Jamie Lynn Sigler sat in the corner typing away on her Blackberry.

As if the hipster hot spot isn't hard enough to get into, guys in casual attire must purchase a tie before they are let through the door. I guess it's the dawning of an old era in Hollywood.--Hayley Underwood
